My home is always full of people – with three kids, a large extended family, and friends always dropping in. I do enjoy the company but they tend to track in lots of dirt. I have gone through numerous vacuum cleaners in the past due to the heavy traffic. I don’t think I am hard on them. I just don’t think most of them are made to last. I have tried several brands and the all work well at first. However, before long they end up with not enough suction to get the job done to my satisfaction.
In my most recent quest to find a new vacuum, I came across the Dyson DC 14 Animal vacuum cleaner. I was very impressed by the reviews out there about it. Many consumers seemed to enjoy the power it offered. They also said it was very simple to use. With a price of about $400 I was initially nervous about it. I didn’t want to spend that money and not get much in return for it.
The first time I used my Dyson DC 14 Animal or saw the manual, I knew it was going to live up to my expectations. It was able to remove deep down dirt as well as small pebbles and sand from my carpets. At the same time though it was very gentle on my carpet so I didn’t have to worry about it being damaged in the process. Another bonus is that this vacuum is designed to pick up pet hair.
